Of my many ideas for my blog circle post, one was to use our chalkboard wall to represent love (can you sense a chalkboard theme here? I may be going overboard.). I snapped these in a few minutes before things totally fell apart and I figured I'd have to scrap it all. But! I like these, in part because they show they represent a bit of what a four year-old is capable of when it comes to writing letters and drawing hearts. I love her little misshapen hearts!
And, because she's my daughter and wants to be both in front of the camera and behind it, a portrait Lily took of me. I didn't even have to crop or straighten it. Awesome, right?
